Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities already accrued prior to closure.
